1. LED lamp beads are usually vacuum packed in antistatic packaging bags. Do not open the package before use.

2. When using LED lamp beads, you should do static electricity protection, such as wearing static protective clothing, wearing electrostatic bracelets, workbench and soldering iron grounding. Ion fans are recommended for qualified factories.

3. Regularly check whether all electrostatic protection systems are operating normally, such as surface impedance tester, static tester, hand and foot ring tester, ion fan tester, etc.

4. Confirm the antistatic capability of each LED lamp bead and review the electrostatic protection system of the processing plant.

Static electricity is generated whenever different materials are rubbed or even separated, so static electricity is unavoidable and can only be limited. Electrostatic discharge generates current, and as long as the discharge is properly controlled, electrostatic damage can be reduced. A common method is to direct static electricity through grounding. Therefore, the workbench needs to establish a complete grounding system, and static electricity on the non-conductors can be neutralized by ionization.
